• Check Spam/Junk/Promotions
• Make sure your inbox isn’t full
• Tap Resend email and use the newest code

If it still doesn’t arrive after a few minutes, tell support your email domain (Gmail/Outlook/etc.) and what time you tried—so we can track it down.
