Quick checks:
1) Make sure NOVA has microphone permissions enabled in your device settings
2) Check you’re not muted on the call screen
3) Disconnect and reconnect to the call
4) Try switching networks (Wi-Fi ↔ cellular)
5) Close and reopen the app
If you can’t hear others:
6) Check your volume (yes, even that one)
7) Make sure Bluetooth headphones aren’t secretly connected
