What’s Not Allowed
We do not tolerate behavior that harms others or the community.

| Harassment or Bullying | Targeted insults, threats, doxxing, persistent unwanted contact |
| Hate Speech or Discrimination | Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise hateful remarks |
| NSFW or Adult Content | Pornographic imagery, sexual solicitation, explicit avatars or names |
| Illegal Activity | Promotion or discussion of illegal acts, including underage content or drug trafficking |
| Impersonation or Deception | Pretending to be someone else, fake identity use, phishing attempts |
| Spamming or Disruptive Behavior | Repeated off-topic posts, flooding, trolling, or abuse of platform tools |
What Happens If You Break the Rules
Depending on the severity and frequency, we may take the following actions:
| Action | What it means |
| Warning | A private message letting you know a line was crossed |
| Temporary Suspension | Loss of access to some or all features for a short period |
| Permanent Ban | Your account is removed and you can no longer use NOVA |
| Feature Restrictions | Voice chat, group creation, or other tools may be disabled if misused |
You’ll always be told the category of violation and, where applicable, the length of your suspension.
Appeals & Support
If you believe a moderation action was made in error, you can contact us through:
- In-app appeal form (available on the suspension screen)

Our team reviews each appeal carefully. Please note:
- Most responses will arrive within 24–48 hours
- Repeated appeals for the same issue may not be answered
- Decisions are final unless new information is provided
